It's seems a lot less then what you got on the Saturn, 3DO and PC Engine officially and much less then unofficially on the PC Engine, Famicom, Super Famicom, Megadrive.

Although as the FM Towns Marty is a consolised version of the FM Towns, then you do get all the hentai games on that...

 

I saw an eroge on Xbox Live Arcade I believe. Although it was in japanese, so It didn't really appeal to me. I guess it's funnier on Wii though due to the stereotypical "Nintendo for kids" image.
