Homebrew on HKT-01 Dev Box via Serial + Dumping GD-ROM Method

Ever wondered if it was possible to do homebrew on an HKT-01 Sega Dreamcast Development Box? Well it is! The method is similar to the Dreamcast Coders Cable method on a retail Dreamcast, only a regular serial cable is used.
