I finally picked up a scsi cable. So I decided to try to hook up my Dreamcast Dev today. I had some luck but then it stopped all of a sudden.
I hooked everything up like I'm supposed to. Powered on the Dev Kit. Then powered on my computer. I recieved this message
    ID 3: CPL KATANA DA

    ID 4: CPL GD-M

Then nothing happens. And I get a black Screen.
I installed the Adaptec 2940 Driver. But I don't have an SDK yet. Would that be my problem?

If any one could shed some light on this. I would greatly appreciate it.
    Thanks

Your pc has a conflict, the pc should boot up first of all.

You need check your scsi devices (if you have a few, the id), disable any sata devices, and
change it so the system isn't trying to boot from the katana.

My suspicion is it's looking for the os on the unit.
