    I purchased this cable

And I tried messing with Nvidia Control Panel to change the resolutions, which I am able to, but the screen keeps messing up and flickers all over the place. I did some research and something about 15khz being required or something and perhaps I need a csync cable or something but I'm not really sure how I go about doing this. Here's a pic of the ports my PVM have.

Is it possible to hook this up to a PC correctly? Any help would be appreciated as I'm very new to PVMs and only just recently got this.

You'll need a 15kHz capable video card like the ArcadeVGA or a card compatible with soft15kHz, as well as a H/V sync combiner like an Extron RGB interface. It can't display a modern PC signal.

I think some extron units can do VGA -> 15khz RGB in one step.

Thanks for the info. Alternatively, wouldn't something like this in theory work since the PVM supports RGB and Ypbpr?

This can send a interlaced signal and I already know I can force interlaced in Nvidia Control Panel.

    No - you need a 15kHz signal.

If your card does support YPbPr definitely go with that since it will guarantee a reasonable C-sync signal (unlike any other method).
