    I guess he chopped the cable off, then? It does seem odd that noone noticed. That said, my friend once pointed a Spectrum light gun out the window at some kids who were vandalizing his fence, and they crapped themselves!!

    To be fair, from a distance that looks like a real gun alright. If I was one of those cops, I don't think I'd be marching in there.

    From a distance it does kind of resemble an old Tokarev or CZ52 but that is no excuse for the police. Any cop with a decent pair of binoculars should have been able to tell. The lack of a trigger guard should have made it obvious.
