I was browsing around the saw this link in Japanese showing some of the different business game systems:

    http://www.tv-gamekan.com/famcmbox.htm

It has the FamicomBox, FamicomStation, Super Famicom Box, 3DO Robo, and a few really early Japanese ones that I've not yet seen. A random M2 is thrown in as well. Pretty cool stuff.

That's probably a good thing though, not like you go to a love hotel for the choice of games or the decor... I'm sure the woman that was with you at the time wouldn't have been impressed if you started to play Sega rally rather then with her.

Back on topic, if I see another Famibox then I'll scream and scream and scream until I'm sick. The pong consoles are sexy though, ah to have been in Japan during the late 70s and early 80s.

 I remember well as I was looking at the control pad with Victor written on it with the wire leading in to a hole in the unit. She looked over at me and said, "does that make you bigger than this?" as she stood there naked  Needless to say the JVC Saturn never got another look, well until the following morning before checking out while she was in the bathroom

Yeah, she is my missus now but wasn't back then. This was about 8 years ago. We haven't been to a love hotel in about 5 years now :crying: I love the beds in them ! Beats the shit out of a normal mattress

I love how you managed to sneak in a quick look at the unit whilst your future missus was busy in the bathroom. Who says men aren't resourceful?! Gotta admit, I didn't expect that these gaming units would be found in love hotels.

I also have to admit, I've been slowly developing an interest in these hotel units. I'd better not, though - since I already have waaaay too much junk as it is!

I think ASSEMbler meant that it was just a normal PS2 with a porno DVD in the tray.

It was a metal box with a controller and 100 yen slot. The video
showed sex positions.. Struck me as strange, as you were in alove hotel....
so sort of like having a "how to fly" book in an airplane.

Surely more like tricky flying and other cool things?

Back on topic, the only machine I have yet to see (or have heard mentioned) being in a love hotel is the Nintendo Gamecube.

How do the ones work in most US hotels nowadays were there is a moddified N64 or gamecube controller that goes into the wall and you select games on the tv. is it connected to a big sever in the hotel? All thats in the room is the controller.
