As the title implies, I'm trying to copy some .xbe executables from one Xbox Dev Kit to another. I have Windows XP installed in a virtual machine and I have XDK installed on that. Using the xbdir xe:\ command I am able to successfully see the listing of directories on the connected kit.

However, I am completely lost as far as trying to back the data up so I can move it to another kit. I know there is a command of xbcp but I have no idea how to use it. I've looked at the documentation but I can't find anything on how to copy all contents of a kit over and copy them all back.

    Any help is greatly appeciated!

    Maybe, my neighborhood doesn't work.

I guess a better question would be how do I properly install Xbox Neighborhood?

The XDKinstalled successfully, but Xbox Neighborhood does not do anything. Do I need to install Visual Studio 2003 to get the complete install that includes Neighborhood? For reference, I have XDK version 5933

I got it squared away. The issue had to do with the fact that I had 64bit Windows installed. I had to do a bit of extra work to get it to work. Thanks!

Would you mind posting a brief explanation of how you fixed it, just as reference for someone who may have the same issue in the future?

    Cheers

Sure, so it did actually install properly - the shortcut just wasn't created correctly. I had to create a new shortcut and point it to the path of the .exe for Xbox Neighborhood. I actually found the solution through a Google search that linked to an old thread on here, but I can't find it now.
