How could Tim Follin..

    Someone did say it did sound like a hoover sucking up nails, but i really like it as it does have melodies, chords and a nice tune and not a vibrato in sight...The Future games track is broken though as it is a bit out of tune... :S

    Tim Follin did in fact write one game, can anyone guess the game / stage that he wrote?

    Why would you hate vibrato? Or did you mean "arpeggio", which Euro-musicians used almost all the time?

    The horrid warbly noise that comes out of the SID chip in most music as they don't have enough sound channels to make a proper chord. If only Commode built a super SID chip with 9 channels of sound then it would have given Yamaha a run for their money...

    And it's not horrible! ;)

    There's a strange amount of hate for arpeggios in the chiptune scene. I sometimes hear it called "eurochip" so maybe it's a regional thing. I just can't imagine chiptune without arpeggios.
