How do i get XDK dashboard/bios on my softmodded 1.6 crystal xbox

Hello everyone, Can someone help me or tell me what I have to do so I can get XDK on my softmodded xbox. I have looked at tutorials on other websites but I get confused with some of them. I do realise I have to use a Bios Loader to load the dashboard. I would like any help that the community can offer me. I would look at the xbox-scene, but for some reason its down. I have PM'd one of the mods but I will post it here and hope I can get some help. (I would like to be able to get the full features of XDK I=on my xbox, I seen on a tutorial that you can download the XDK build or something, I also would like to be able to load the XDK on an application, Which is what I think I have to do anyway)
