(green m$ da$h) 2, are you talking about retails or backup disks? afaik, if the console is still at factory defaults/unchanged from retail purchase (no modification) there's no way on the fly. cheat disks from retail magazines or 'ar xplorer' (and the like) may help? (not tried it myself, my console is softmodded) ... basically, if you have a modded console, playing games from any region won't be an issue, retail or otherwise. i talk about a disc you can put into your console before switching to imported game in order to run the game. my xbox is not modded at all its 2002 made in china that what it says at the back
Without any modification to your console, either a softmod or a modchip/TSOP flash, it can't be done. The Xbox is different than an PS1/2 or Gamecube, there isn't any import loader disc I'm aware of.
