How many DC Katana kits are out there and what about the other systems hardware

I was wondering how many Katanas there were sold/leased to gaming companies, does anyone have a ball park figure?

I`d also be interested to know how many original Xbox and Xbox 360 dev/Test/Stress/Debug kits you belive have been produced.

In fact i would be interested to hear about PSX and PS2 hardware aswell.
