How many Xbox 360 Limited Edition ?

Hello all.

A friend of mine want to have all the edition of the Xbox 360 (yeah hard task ). He already have the normal one, the Elite and the Halo Edition.
I know the Simpson's one existed and is limited to 100 ex. but is there another limited edition like this one ?

There is only 10 of the 300 consoles apparently. There are also the one off systems that were created especially for charity auctions and the like.

 

i lost out on the bid od the 300 theme console.

 

I imagine you`ll see them again for while. They are quite an extravagance and ppl often buy and immeadiately resell when they realise they couldnt afford it in the first place or it could possibly go down in value.

 

This also depends on what your mate wants to collect. US only? Worldwide?

I think Parris said this somewhere else on the forum but it seems like the Simpsons is the only true limited edition retail unit that isnt a regular unit + (a faceplate, some paint, pack in game) It has the specially fabricated case, HDD and controller in Yellow plastic. I take it all the Simpsons 360`s are NTSC-U which is a shame for us Europeans and the cats in Australia.

The Launch Team units are very special in the same respect but of course weren`t available for retail.

*edit* PGR3 is pretty nice too actually

 

For now just European release + true limited edition (Simpsons, 300 etc ..)

For him pack with just a custom faceplate isn't interesting.
