Some of it looks like easy street. Some of it is rendered with quadrilaterals. The last 12 seconds seem impossible.
If you talk about realtime, then most of the second part is impossible. There are many gouraud (or maybe phong) shadings there, they're too calculations-hungry. Some wired and flat-shaded models from the first part could be possibly rendered in realtime on saturn, but by all means i'm no expert in saturn 3D rendering, so i may be wrong in this.
