How rare is a dreamcast quake III arena system?

    I've never encountered a system that wouldn't boot MIL CDs if thats what you're getting at ;)

    forgive my ignorance but what difference does it make when the system was manufactured?

    Some consoles MFGered after X month of 2000 can't boot MIL CDs. Out of ten friends of mine who had purchased a system after 2000, 2001 even, only one got a less capable system.

    They say that the Japanese Sakura Taisen DC won't boot MIL CDs. It even says so on the box cover.

    there is no way thats an official system as the game didnt get released until over a year after teh console was maufactured. Looks nice though so thats all that matters
