Never seen that one, but im not much of an Xpert, but my guess is that it's just a customized one. it could always just me some kind of faceplate, but I don't know.
Pretty sure that is just a skin. As in thousands produced to be slapped onto any XBox. Even if it was a limited run of 200 or so the fact it's just a skin makes it about as valuable as any other XBox as far as I'm concerned.
Like APE said, pretty sure it is just a skin. I have seen it before, I think my cousin has an Xbox with one.

More skins. I had a Smash Bros Melee skin for my Gamecube - I believe my brother still has it. I can even note the ridges the skins give off in this low-quality picture.
