How to become Authorized Test Partner for Sony PlayStation?

Hi Guys,

I have just joined assemblergames and I needed some information. Basically I represent a small game QA testing organization and I am planning to become authorized test partner for Sony PlayStation so that I can purchase debug/test consoles(in order to test console games of my clients on PS3 and PS4). I have tried looking on the web but found nothing. So far, have I managed to get some info on Microsoft AXTP. Now I am looking for similar information about Sony PlayStation consoles.

I'll really appreciate the help if someone from this forum can point towards right direction in the matter.
