PS1 and Saturn were not released in North America.

For PS1 it's easier to work with the Japanese version. Obviously don't have to worry about video fixes on NTSC only TV sets.

I don't think there is really any special program you need to actually burning a PSX disc to play in a modded or debug unit. The format for the PSX discs is basically ISO9660 using Mode 2 (2352 bytes per sector) CD-ROM, so it's very generic. Personally I used imageburn because it's free and it seems to accept just about any image format I need.

I'm hoping that you just lost the Cue sheet file for your BIN. In which case it's pretty easy to recreate. Just open notepad and type in the following.

FILE "<Name of your .BIN file>" BINARY
    TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
    INDEX 01 00:00:00

and save it in the same folder as your .BIN file. Then you can use any software that uses that requires the .CUE file to go with the .BIN file.

Yeah this game using redbook audio makes the situation slightly trickier.

Yes those audio tracks make it a little more difficult. There is a site called redump.org that does list out the tracks and their respective sizes. This is the exact disc I believe we are working with. http://redump.org/disc/1131/

All that's left now is converting this information to a usefull cue sheet.
