Holy crap, that's both hilarious and incredibly unprofessional. Not to mention all the poor spelling and grammar by this "Paul".

~Add shameful to that list too.

The whole thing is a mess! Some people just shouldn't start businesses full stop. If they can't deal with complaints, customers and large orders just refund the money and apologize.

Isn't that the oldest apology? "You caught me on a bad day", how stupid! Sucks to be "Paul".

its no apology really tho, just an explanation

we all have bad days at work but most of us don't have a go at the customer for asking questions (questions which he was right to ask too)

a perfect example of how not too handle a situation

Some people are a danger to themselves on the internet and sometimes, those they associate with as well...

Only an egotistical numpty would respond in that fashion in the name of a friggin PR company. What a twat, deserves everything he gets in my opinion.

I did the same thing with a gym recently - I initially had a few unreasonable exchanges with some form of idiot then when I got a little annoyed on my next reply, I covered all of my points again then CC'd it to some politicians, councillors, activists and journalists I am in regular contact with. Lo and behold the next contact they send me is a not only bespoke for a change but somewhat more reasonable.

Alas I have also done it in my dealings with the government and companies in general for some time now and my CC/BCC list is getting rather large!

One of last year's more amusing incidents was a company charging me for a service then demanding payment for it. Even after a couple of calls explaining the issue had been cancelled in accordance with their policies and to the letter of the law, I couldn't stop them chasing me.

In the end I had to forwards them their own email from their own staff sent using their own systems confirming the cancellation within the defined conditions and a payment from them to me, not me to them, is overdue. They gracefully accepted defeat before having to resort to such CC/BCC tactics but it wasn't the first time I've had this problem and it won't be the last.

The tactic really does work though, but there shouldn't be a need for it to be deployed at all. So long as both parties will believe they are right and alter or manipulate the truth in their favour for any given situation, such instances will inevitably reoccur.

Really businesses that are horrible to customers should be exposed really. They're there to make money, but at the same time to treat customers with respect. Because you know, that's where their money comes from.

Perhaps even a waste of time to write a reply to it?

I had not seen this before.

Instead of wasting your "precious" time, why don't you go put that time to good use by developing some proper grammar skills?

Great links! Despite the fact that, "This news is about a month", I only stumbled on it through this forum post right now.

Also, everyone make sure that you only post news that I myself haven't heard of yet, because otherwise you are just wasting my time.

Its not easy replying with both a migraine and a hangover, You'd think that both of those go hand in hand , but it felt two migraines one centered in the back and one at left of my head. I guess that why I typed such an ass hole post.
