    How to put the DreamShell 4.0.0 RC1 and Boot Loader flash into bios IC chip(MX29LV160 ) ？

    You can either write it using a programmer or wire it into the Dreamcast on top of the original BIOS with a switch. Boot from the original BIOS, load up Dreamshell, flip the switch and start writing out the new BIOS.
