How to format a Marty Floppy Disc

So hey, how do I go about doing this if anyone knows. Is is possible to do on a marty console? I've got a few odd cds that came with some of my consoles but I can't figure out if any of these do the job. Similarly all the options on the marty aren't straightforward to a muppet like yours truly. Can the marty do it on its own?

Alternatively is there a pc program that can do it? I do have several fds so its not an issue. But I'd like a few spare, just in case;-)

Except they're 1.2mb disks, not 720k. Well mine are at least, or have I misunderstood?

 

It uses the same disks as our 1.4M disks, but they are formatted in what's called Mode 3, which is 1.2MB on a 3.5" disk.
