how to get money on paypal

i have only used paypal twice so i have no clue how to go about this there is an item i need to pay for on ebay but im short $0.76USD i wanted to know how to get money on my paypal i saw you could with a bank account but i don't have one

 

you probably have to send them cash in an envelope.

 

Short of having a debit / credit card, you might be out of luck.
Bank account transfer is the only other way that I am aware of and it can take days and days and days to get it into the PayPal account.
Instant bank transfer is good as an alternative and you are able to split payments most of the time.

Actually here's an easy way, PM me your PayPal account / address and I'll send over a dollar, how's that sound?

You might want to get your PayPal account / bank accounts / cards in order if you want to use PayPal ever again though.
