I finally get my lazy ass off the couch and hauled SONY WEGA KLV-15AP2 unit.
Still in the process of gathering RGB switch as well as mobile shelving unit to house all the consoles - IKEA used have one I had in mind but seemed to be out of stock.

we shall see how it goes...

This thread is in breach of the marketplace rules - there's no price! Are you even selling anything here?

Suggest moving to the Neo Geo section. Then you can create a sales thread when you're ready to sell.

So, if you owned an NEC XM29 or other "pro" monitor you could just directly connect your Neo to it with this. Right?

    Yeah, exactly...

    From the XM29 manual:

Supports most IBM VGA, S-VGA, XGA, Macintosh or any other RGB
signals within a horizontal frequency range or 15.75 to 95 kHz (15.75 to
    65 kHz for XM29 Plus)

Right. The SCART physical connector itself was a miserable commercial failure in the US.
Our few monitors who accept such RGB signals may use BNC, d-sub, or even DIN.

So because of that, I think the OP's design is pretty good. A lot of people are collecting the 15khz pro monitors now, and most of them take either RGBHV over BNC connectors, or just have a VGA connector right on the back.

Combined with one of these, it's a great solution for getting RGB from a Neo to a Sony PVM.

this is why I don't use DE9 connectors.
