I have a X2 and X3 xbox that i'd like to update with a preloaded hard drive onto whichever one is easiest (but preferably the X2). I know someone who has spent many hours creating an amazing custom dashboard and setup and can send me a unlocked preloaded 2TB HD, but do I have to change the bios to recognize a 2TB HD on a chipped box? Currently both my chipped box's are old school and only have 200gb IDE's installed. All the information I can find is how to format a blank large HD with xbpartioner so the xbox recognizes it, which would screw up the information on a preloaded HD i'm guessing. So basically: How do you drop a preloaded 2TB HD from one xbox into a x2 (or x3) chipped xbox and have it recognize the full 2TB?
Thanks! So if I’m right; ask him what bios/partition he’s running on his Xbox that he just tested it on and use Hexen on mine to set up the same way?
