how to play retail games on dev/test kit?

Well what should I do with retail executables to make them launch on dev or test kit?

For example I have extracted game files (from ISO) in the folder.
From retail ISO. Is there way to boot it on dev or test kit?


I need this to translate some games into my language (many games in Russia are available only in English)
