I have a TriStar adapter for the Nintend64. Unfortunately the two pins which hold the cartridge cap in place are broken.

Has anyone an idea how to fix it? And I don't want to use a duct-tape ;-)

File the broken ends, crazy glue on appropriate sized plastic (from a model kit or similar size.

finally I repaired it. Instead of using a model kit, I used a paper clip. It works quite fine.

    steps:
    - file the broken end
    - drill in a small hole in the end
    - cut a (white) paper clip into small pieces
    - glue one end of a piece of the paper clip and put into the hole

I used a white paper clip, because it matches the color of the cartridge cap very well. A gray clip would be even better, but I don't have gray paper clips
