I recently acquired a gigantic Commodore 64 collection. All are tapes and in their original packaging.

It's a pretty big list so apologies for the spam like appearance of this post.

Is there anything rare or unreleased here?

No idea, but you could load up Monty on the Run and groove to Rob Hubbard's musical masterpieces - the in-game music and hi-score theme. That alone is worth whatever you paid for them :) The man was a genius...

(I actually have a one-off private pressing of this tune on vinyl - and I shall probably have it buried with me in my coffin :tears_of_joy:)

and a beautiful remix of the hi-score tune...

I doubt there's much cash value there, though. Most (if not all...) of those games were mass produced. If there's anything by 'Ultimate: Play the Game' then you could get some coin for them - they would eventually turn into RARE... There are some good titles in there - Space Harrier was a decent port at the time, Kickstart 1 and 2 are both great games - Actually, whoever you got them from had pretty good taste... although the less said about US Gold's Time Tunnel, the better. I remember saving up my pocket money for that pile of crap and being sorely disappointed. Little Computer People is always good for a laugh... it's like the Sims but erm... Get yerself a C=64 and play them! (if u don't already have one!)

Why do you think you'd have something unreleased? It wouldn't have been released, hence you wouldn't have it! ;)

We have a price check forum - this thread should be in there, not in the rare forum. However, you'd need to provide pictures, as per the rules.

You're probably better off asking on a dedicated Commodore forum.
