So a guy on reddit posted a picture of this Virtual Boy shirt he had found for $6 at a goodwill in Texas. He said he wasn't much of a gamer so he had no real need for it, and mailed it to me. It might be the largest size "Medium" shirt I have ever seen, but that might have been the style in the 90's. Anyway, I came upon this neat write up on planetvb.com http://www.planetvb.com/modules/advertising/?m05 I hope I have a gem on my hands here. Even if it ends up being super common I'll be happy. I wonder how it ended up in Texas. XD
Great item, haven't seen this before! And from a fashion-oriented point of view, maybe it would've been better if had been vanished forever. But as long as you don't wear it in public, you should be fine. LOL
Are you going to pull a bomberhead and try to sell it here for a ridiculous price? I jest. I really mean no ill will. Is that a CIB Seaman I see in the corner of the picture? Quite a collection.
Being in San Diego I'm not sure how you have the cojones to have your collection setup like that. Last earthquake we had up here I actually felt moved everything on my shelves forward about 4-5 inches; that was before I owned any Saturn or SegaCD style cases. Lord knows I wouldn't want to have to replace those cases.
I recall seeing that shirt somewhere, I think some dude at nintendo's booth in 1995s E3 had one Gotta go to the vault and check all my old zines, it could take a while...
You definitely have an extremely rare gem there. I have one of the largest private Virtual Boy collections in the world, and I have yet to be able to add that shirt to my collection. Yes... I'm a little jealous.
