    Beautiful :)

Where are the 1-Player and 2-Player buttons ?

Do you mapped them on "Start" Button's controller

Thats right. I just use the start buttons on the control pads
sometimes I keep pressing start trying to pause the games, It feels like playing a saturn game after a while :110:

Very nice SG. Nice and compact. Nothing like the one I built. The one I built is a big wooden monster. =) Since other than my one CPS2 game all my PCBs aren't in cases I made my SG big enough to fit the PCBs inside it. It was actually designed so I could fit Mortal Kombat + its sound board inside. Mine isn't much to look at like your SG system.

I did the NeoGeo controller pinout for my SG too, though I didn't run 5 volts to the controller. So actual Neo CD pads wouldn't work but the original sticks would. I really should modify some gamepads to the 15pin connector sometime but for now I use a pretty nice arcade stick I built.

Did you buy a CPS2 kick harness or make it? I need one but I didn't wanna pay any crazy prices so I managed to mod a floppy drive connecter to sorta fit. Problem is strangely player 2 doesn't work with it.

I figured it would be expensive. The Floppy thing should work decently. I had alot of floppy drive ribbon cables around. The thing is you have to sorta sand down the edges and such to make it fit into the CPS2.

I'd just go ahead and buy a nice CPS2 kick harness but I don't think I'll be playing Marvel Vs SF against anyone in the near future so it's not a big concern. Maybe if I had more than one CPS2 game. I also need a CPS1 (SF2) kick harness and Mortal Kombat kick harnesses... I forgot to check if my Mortal Kombat 2 kit came with it. I should really give my SuperGun more play.
