Sorry for the mistake, Emulator CPS1 Extracted game Final Fight Streetwise. ROM.BIN compared the files with the files from the original rom FFIGHT.ZIP, and to my surprise, all the files are there in CPSX / rom.bin file: GFX1, SOUND1, CPU2 and CPU1, the latter with a few differences, the principal is in size (double the original), as if the files were "unzipped". The rom.bin is nothing more than all the rom files into one, imagine opening each of the original rom file in a hex editor, copy the text of all and paste into a new one by one, finally saving the rom extension .bin, basically it. Unlike the system as a CAPCOM Classics Collection 1 & 2, here the game behaves more simply, as an emulator even without savestates or the like, the game starts and enters credits automatically. To test recommend PCSX2 emulator. Unfortunately my knowledge in the area are scarce, but I believe that someone who has more knowledge on the subject can modify it to become an emulator functional, like something seen with SMD BUILDER, allowing games never before ported pro PS2 as THE PUNISHER and Cadillacs and Dinossaurs. If trying the OPL activate the mode 6 By UsagiRu ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Extraido do jogo Final Fight Streetwise.
Nice extract emulator offical from capcom game is the best.....For SEGA model 2 extract emultor from SEGA RALLY or Virtual ON maybe possible?
The double size is probably because sometimes arcade games use roms half the size that would fit in a socket because it doesn't need so much graphics etc, which causes the same contents to show up twice. For the sake of wasting a little extra space on disc it's faster and easier to just put two copies of it. A lot of ports of games have the roms from the original in it, however sometimes it doesn't work like a generic emulator. They may have translated the game code into C and compiled it for the PS2 and the used the program roms for the data tables that it contains. Again it would be faster and easier to include the program roms, even though alot of the contents aren't used. In some cases ports have used a combination of this and a generic emulator, for running parts of the game they couldn't translate into C. Someone would have to take a long hard look at it to figure out whether it can be used to run any other game. Especially as on the real CPS1 they used slightly different hardware for each game to make it impossible to swap games by just burning a new set of eproms.
