I have uploaded something to Mega

Yep, I got some files up there.
I even found one on there already that was pending overnight... guess it uploaded and just forgot to tell me! :encouragement:

 

PSA: Remember your password. I uploaded some test files on a dummy account, forgot the pass and looked for a way to reset it, there is none to be found.

 

Thats because your password is tied to the encryption. If you reset your password - you still wouldnt be able to access the files, even if you could download them.

 

That was going to be my next question "so if you loose you password why can't it be reset?" - but I see Bad_ad has answered that one already. Got to be really careful remembering your password then if you have anything critical on there.

 

They are thinking about a way to reset it... well Ive read you can access your account, but your files are kinda lost then (unless you rememeber your old password again.)
Ive uplouded a Xbox demodisk, you can donwload it now.

 

Yeah, I imagine a password reset page with something like "YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR FILES, DO YOU WANT TO CONTINUE" will be added eventually.

 

still unable to upload anything.

at least now it's stuck at 05 upload intead of just "pending"

i guess it'll need another week before working properly

 

I've uploaded something sucessufully... it's one of my NES test homebrews with 24 KB... not too large but still.

 

i got a 15mb test file up without issue a couple of days ago
