    The reset button is busted but it works fine.

    We don't have skips here. Dumpsters in the US are too tall to climb into easily.

    But yeah what exactly is up with the reset buttons i guess it just filled with crap so just open it up pop it out and give it a good wash

    Thanks. I don't have a gamebit tool so i cant open it. WTF it's like someone took a mallet to this reset button.

    In comes cheapy ass with his cheap ass fixes

    get a biro and melt the end and stick it onto the screws it will mold around and make a cheap gamebit until you get a real one

    Or if you dont want to try that get a pair of pliers stick it in the hole and twist its hard but it gets the screws out

    Man that was a pain in the ass but it worked. After each of theses fucking retarded screws I had to re melt the plastic.

    looking at the pic of the game with corrosion on it and assuming that the game and the console came from same source, you'd be safe to open up and check the unit for corrosion too before using it :p Having it Short circuit itself and burning your house wouldn't propably be nice.

    edit: why do i keep typing "save" instead of "safe" :(

    In an emergency, you can use a 5/32" hex driver to yank security screws out of Nintendo and Sega hardware. It's no good for putting them back though.
