Anyway, I won't give you a life lesson on why you need to not look like an internet person when constructing a sentence. (Handwriting, not so much - mine sucks). But you can't expect to throw a bunch of words together and not expect a laugh. If I rip the ass out of the English language (which I do) I fully expect someone to call me out on it. With a little luck it includes a double entendre for anal sex.

 

You want me to read what you wrote, otherwise you wouldn't have written it. If I have to read something I want it to be legible.

You write horrifically you deserve the flak you get in this modern society, unless you are still learning English. If it is your native language and you don't have some diagnosed learning disability don't expect sympathy.

 

I mean half of problem was I never good at english even though its my native language , the other half is because I lazy and its usually 2:00 am when I start posting.

 

Back on topic, no you didn't screw up. If you would have taken her home and gotten your own pick of an STD, then you would have screwed up.

People that "forward" are usually (in my experience) 1. Really drunk and loud people, 2. Going to be very very annoying in about 2-3 hours of contact, 3. Broken, and out of warranty.

Some people have legitimate and unfortunate issues with their written language. I have serious trouble reading sometimes.
Some people are lazy slags and type like they're on a basic cell phone with T9 even though they have a keyboard in front of them.
Some other people are 12, but I think they're all on xbox-scene.
You've gotta give people some slack.

I could read what he wrote perfectly even if it wasn't very readable and I'm not a native English speaker, so stop picking on this guy. He *could* write better, but a person must not really be judged from how he or she writes but from what he writes. Hmm, he would be considered a "retard" if he wrote like this in Italian? If like you said, you would hang out only with her having a smiley bag on her face, you did not screw up anything at all. I wouldn't want to hang with a girl like that. I would not really refuse people who ask for a date the first time they see me, because it says nothing about how the thing will end. What's bad about expressing what your "guts" tell you? It will have to be said at some point in future and success does not come from already knowing the person well... the contrary, once you're a friend, it is often very difficult to go on a date with that person, many will reply like "oh you're only a friend!" or "I thought of you as a friend" - many people do *NOT* actually get bfs/gfs from their pool of friends.
So if next time this happens with someone not giving a bad taste to your eyes, sure, try

Agreed, so much in fact that I have no idea what this topic is about. Learn how to capitalize. I typed better than you at a 5th grade level. Only exception is if you are missing a hand, otherwise, you can go through the painstaking process of holding the shift key down with your pinky.

Nobody cares what you think about your own punctuation, they care that after they click on your thread it turns out to be a wall of text that lacks the basic fundamentals of the English language.

As for the sub-topic, to be fair your writing style does leave a lot to be desired. If you want to participate freely and be taken seriously you should at least take a moment to read what you've typed before hitting the return key. People will always take the piss out of those who they perceive to be weaker than them, either physically or mentally so if you want to avoid a repeat of this in the future don't keep on putting yourself in a position that allows it.

 

Pretty sure it is definitely related, at least since we've changed topics from potential advice to personal attacks on someone's typemanship.

Brave New World you live in. If all people were like that, we'd be all dead since centuries. Interesting fact about this topic, is that many members, while bragging about being moderated and all-around-cool, resort to tasteless ad hominem attacks, all centered around someone's typing style. "pink elephant" really burst me in laughter, it was like pointing someone out for not doing what the "squad" was doing and hence it was "black-sheep" behavior.
