i need help with a dc game tear apart

    specifically i need to know how to look at a ip.bin and know details about it.

    Meh that one is an easy one (see attached image)

    The first link that pops out is one of the more useful - http://mc.pp.se/dc/ip.bin.html

    It should tell you many of the basics, though most of which are easy to figure out by tinkering in a hex editor or IP.BIN tool such as the homebrew IP Writer or the SDK ipmaker.exe anyway.
