I need some advice...or, share your own addiction stories!

The smaller items were middle of the road stuff. Not the best but not that Styrofoam filled junk either. The larger stuffed animals were pretty decent though. I guess they figured mixing some good stuff in would attract more people. I'm sure it cost them more than what he got out of it.

 

one thing i've learned

small crane games, are riggged more. if you'r eputting a quarter into it, you are NOT going to win.

Get a girlfriend. When she sees your room is full of cluddly animals she'll turn you into a man and shame this sick addiction out of you once and for all.

In Singapore those old folks can spend like 50-60USD or more on all these games or some guys who wanna impress their dates. Sometimes its like a daily ritual for these old folks. They are extremely delighted even they get a small toy despite spending like a fortune to get them.

 

...most of them have been given to her, my mom, or sent home to my cousins in the phillipines.

 

Last week at a casino on a whim I entered the arcade to play a video-crane game full of DS Lites that dispenses them like a vending machine based on your score. While playing once I didn't see the thing revolve at all so I went away, 5 minutes later as I'm leaving I saw a 10 year old kid walk out with the exact black DS I wanted! Turned out he only spent $5 on it right after I played... And I was considering spending $330 of casino money (made by loosing $1000 real money!) to buy one at a store there! Lesson learned: play machines with consoles in them, chances are you'll get it way cheaper than in stores!

 

I am addicted to nostalgia.

I am also most probably addicted to sex. Hoping to grow out of it (being addicted).
