Alright, last week the local newspaper had a small article about a "retro games exposition" being held in a nearby village's community center (about 15 minutes from here by bicycle). Thinking it would be one of those bring-your-own C64 meetings I didnt expect too much of it, but I went there anyway... and when I walked in, there was a Saturn demo pod with a skeleton Saturn inside playing Donpachi :smt119 :smt104 On closer inspection, a Yaroze was sitting next to it, opposite some guy who was showing off his Supergun :smt033 :smt033 And in the middle I found a guy selling loads of Japanese Saturn and PS1 games for 5e apiece :smt043 I also found a few folks whom I already knew from Ebay or web forums... one of them brought his lush DC collection and another one had a complete Videopac collection :drinkers: Also saw a woman who brought a Virtual Boy demo stand! And this all happened just 5km from my house in puny Holland! So, on this occasion, I'd like to take back all my Holland-is-shitty-for-retro comments :smt043
