I reckon that I have more Ikaruga superplay-videos than anyone else in this forum - its exactly 135 by now (+ the Ikaruga Appreciate DVD). 15,3gb of superplays in general (mostly 2D-shooters).
Whoa, hold on! You saying this sparks my interest. I bought a brand new sealed copy of Sonic Adventure and the CD (GDR? Whatever Dreamcast media is called, I am so clueless) was completely blank! Putting it in the dreamcast would lead to the error message "No Disc Inserted." So I just went out and bought a used working copy. So whats up with that? Were there a lot of Blank Sonic Adventures? Oh, and as for this thread...... I think I have more........ hmmmmm..... More... *Sigh* Probably nothing... I am not so much big a collector as I wish. I just love talking about Protos/Betas/Pre-releases....
Don't know about physical objects, but I think I have the biggest collection of Video game Art here. I definitely have more Warhammer 40K and Warhammer art than anyone else. About 164 Mb, and while there are a few high resolution pics in there, there's still a ton. Another notable one is the insane amounts of FFT art I found in this one big Megaupload. Its mainly fanart, but I like some of it. I deleted all the ones I considered "Crimes against humanity". I've also got a few artbooks scanned, but I literally shaved around 5 gigs off, by cropping junk out that wasted space in them. All in all, I have around 1.35 gigabytes of Video game pictures. And it still grows. Thats not even counting some other images I have that are kinda Video game related, such as some anime pics, D&D pics, etc. I'm totally unsure about how much of you guys have in JUST Video game music, but I have around 8.66 GB of purely Video game music. Most of these were from Galbadia Hotel. I kind of doubt my collection is the biggest though, because I bet some hardcore SHMUP fan will pop up and say "I have 100+ gigs of music from 1000 or so of my favorite shooters!"
I reckon I have more... Nascar memorabilia than any of you... Rowan Atkinson related DVD's than most! (Minus 3 weddings and a funeral, and some other crap) Most amount of books related to the Titanic (not the movie, total, 73)
I don't know about there being blank GD-ROM discs of Sonic Adventure (heck, I might even be interested in buying yours just for the heck of it). "Ours" were working at a point, but either got cracked, thrown against a wall, or stepped on. OH:
Having anything in digital medium doesn't really count as it just means you've right clicked and clicked save picture a lot. Again doesn't really count, it's a bit like someone saying I have more Super Nintendo games then everyone cause I have all the ROMZ. For example I have a healthy collection of video game sound tracks with about 150 music CDs.
Well, as far as buying stuff goes, I'm more of a "Quality over Quantity" type of person. However, its the opposite *sometimes* when it doesn't cost a dime. I USED to have more posters in my room than anyone else here, I think, but I got rid of most of them. Also, I think I'm the ONLY person on this site who has Dawn of War, Dawn of War: Winter Assault, and Dawn of War: Dark Crusade.
Hahaha, sorry to hear about all your broken Sonic Adventures! :banghead: And sorry to inform you, but I just pulled out both copies, inserted them into my CD drive on my PC and they both have data on them... so this just raises the question as to why it doesnt work on the Dreamcast... :crying:
I bet I've played more of my games then a lot of people here, except Mr. Casual! Actually prolly not, I have 250 or so games, which is prolly a fraction of most peoples. I have probably played like 500 or so though, if that counts!
Well, a rather large portion of my PS2 games are unplayed. Some of em require too much grinding, to be honest, like some of those Japanese SRPGs that are in the same vein as Disgaea, like La Pucelle, Makai Kingdom, etc. Other than that' I've at least played 95% of the rest of my games on other consoles. Usually I don't stop until I beat one.
1: Flyers 2: Japanese games compared to games of other regions (I don't have a large collection though either)
It's ironic but if it werent for the ladies, i wouldn't have most of the games and consoles i have. I only pay for obscure and devkits myself usually
Well probably the most broken arcade pcbs, i think i have about 60 broken to about 50 perfect...i dont think i will ever fix them:crying:
No shit, I'd love that. I really don't have much of an excess anywhere, most of the time I pick something big up something else needs to go to make space. I suppose having a dozen A'can games counts for something, but I'm thinking of trading all that stuff for something more practical anyway.
N64's with no leads. I must have about 25 now that i've got from car boots. People never want to sell the games separately so i end up having to buy the console too. I keep meaning to skip them but it feels like i'm committing a sin:-(
I would love to say i have more items of a particular amount of games or consoles or whatever than some people here but i clearly don't But i would say i have more DVD movies than most people
I'm pretty sure that I have more Michael Jackson memorabilia than anyone else here. I was a BIG collector of imports, rare items, promo's etc etc in my younger days - well over 350 different CD's alone..... can't believe I just admitted to that.... God alone knows how much it's worth now, but I'd guess well over £4,500 to the right people. I've also got a huge collection of ZX Spectrum tapes from my youth too, although they're pretty much worthless now I guess? (That said I still have a major soft spot for my CodeMaster games, especially the Dizzy stuff!)
Not really, there no imports nor rares at all, just the usual top sellers and some other games. I got all of them in a big wooden box in my parents attic, cuz theres no way I could store those in my place.
