I have this console and I can't identify what mod chip is used.
    It use 5 wire.
    Here is a picture: https://postimg.org/image/ockxos3f7/
Because was a poor modding sadly the pin from C718 (right pin) has broken and someone tried to repair it but with no success (green wire).
For this mod that pin can be wired in other location than that?

    Best regards!

As I said in my first post the right side of the SMD capacitor (point 6 in your diagram for ONEchip) is damaged and I can't solder a wire there.
The metal part is scraped like in this picture (that's how it looks now the SMD capacitor): https://s13.postimg.org/ardefc347/45006_pt_large.jpg
    So I need other routes.
What function have that SMD capacitor in this model SCPH-102?

    P.S.
I have tried to solder the green wire to the red point in this diagram (https://s12.postimg.org/5az4ztrnh/qb_JJ0_Vw.jpg).
Sadly it wasn't working. I have tested the trace with my multimeter from my point red to point 6 and I have continuity.
The problem is when the drive is spinning the backup disc it cause some annoying sounds. This was not a problem when the modding was not damaged with point 6...
Can my modchip be fried or the laser lens because point 6 was damage or when I tested with point red in my diagram???

The only test I was doing was with Crash Bandicot PAL version original and backup (created with the latest version of CloneCD).
Sadly my friend have taken back the original and left me with the backup only so I can't test it anymore with originals. The console was working with both.
If this is an important test I will buy one to test my console.
But what function have that SMD capacitor? It have something to do with the laser lens?

    Thanks!
