Shirt says UT, which is a Uniqlo brand, so this was most likely for Japan and/or other places in Southeast Asia. But I don't remember seeing it for sale anywhere -- was it sold for a short period of time? Were other designs available? Seems not tied to any game in particular, just like the millions of Nintendo branded shirts sold by Uniqlo
