Hi again guys. Thanks for your help in the previous thread with regards to US games on a JP console, we'll see how that goes!

It came just now, working great, and glad to see it works with my Gamecube RGB SCART and Composite leads.

I just need help finding out what these games are called- I can't read Japanese!

Thanks in advance. Obv I know what the left 3 are ;)Are any of these particularly 'sought after' or wanted? If anyone does want one, I could always pop them in the marketplace.

Down the left hand side is Dragon Quest 6, Dragon Quest 5 and Mario Paint, but you already new that.

The one with the black label to the right of Dragon Quest 5 is "urutoraman" in katakana which is "Ultraman / Ultraman: Towards the Future".

The "III" and "IV" carts are "Sangokushi III / Romance of the Three Kingdoms III: Dragon of Destiny" and "Sangokushi IV / Romance of the Three Kingdoms IV: Wall of Fire" respectively.

The top right cart is "Garō Densetsu Supersharu / Fatal Fury Special".

    EDIT: God damn it... :p

All of these are 100 yen carts and are very very common.

Mario Paint, same as Super Metroid, is one of the few JPN/US rom SNES games. Identical data on cart.

You'll be happy. Super Famicom has more 99% or even 100% English games.

Super Tetris 2 and 3 are both solid titles for the genre.
Mario & Wario uses the mouse, so it's a good companion for your Mario Paint.

If you're ever in doubt just Google the model number on the cart (for example, SHVC-MW for Super Mario World), or run a CTRL+F search on the site mentioned above. When Googling the codes, it'll usually point you towards Gamefaqs.

Same goes for all consoles, there's always a code/ model number on the cart (or disc I should imagine).

Just noticed that Garou Densetsu Special cartridge does in fact have 100 en (How Yen is pronounced) on the front...

If you do not understand Jaopanese then you have one and a bit games that are playable...

Haha, well most games are fudgable. I do play some Japanese imports and some common sense in terms of menu arrangements generally gets me around! Just not interested in this style of game =)
