Guess I'll throw inmy own two cents, nothing compared to much of what else has been posted here though!

Most of my stuff, but defintiely not all, especially as my DC Arsenal pod still rests in the UK, and a lot of my stuff is on its way from Japan.

Overview of sorts. My Shenmue Corner is visible on top of the white shelf lined with my NGPC/more common Sega CD/Mega CD/Saturnstuff, along with my sealed copy of Cosmic Smash. If only all DC cases were Amaray DVD cases from the start. :( MUCH more aesthetic appeal. Props to whoever can guess what flick's playing on the laptop, haha.

Laseractive CLD-A100 with Genesis/Sega CD/Mega LD pack, XBOX on top, Saturn and cDX on bottom shelf, white DC and Gamecube (not visible) on either side of monitor, black DC with BBA on top of pc tower.

    Different angle fo the same.

Sealed Radiant Silvergun and OST, PDS/SFIII/Sonic R/MKR/ Burning Rangers/Sega Ages/ Saturn Bomberman - all sealed.
Genesis 3/ WSC FF Set, WSC With You, Crazy Taxi remote control car. NiGHTS vinyla promo banner above.

Saturn posters, SEGA neon light (off), SEGA hardware family figurines.

Most of my DC stuff. Spekas for itself really. Lowest shelf is my rather small (but mostly rare) JP games collection, soemthing I'm working on now.

Gratuitous close-up of 2 DC PAl Bundles, SP5 Tower Records Resin Statue, PAL Samba boxset, all new.

THe SEGA banner I asked for and received free today :) at TRU is above, PAL DC posters beneath, PAL DC Backpack/ Attache CAse/ CD Wallet on desk along with KOF 98 Boxset (NCD) and Dreamcast paper briefcase type thingy.

Close-up of SEGA hardware family figures. Left to right - 32x/MD/MCD, Game Gear, Saturn, DC. Pic marred by my forgetting to turn on cloe-up mode and being too lazy to redo it.

my closet which displays most of my stuff at home here. Saturns from top to bottom : TecToy white Saturn, Mk-1 NA Saturn. Sealed Tectoy Mk-1 Saturn, Netlink Bundle Saturn. To left of that is Saturn Modem Bundle, Saturn FDD, Saturn KB, etc. Also here are my sealed CDX, new Brazil Tectoy Multimega CDX, New mk-1 Sega CD, model 2 sega cd, Genesis, White Mega Drive sealed, SMS III new, Master System 1 new, 32X, Nomad new/sealed, Game Gears/Game Gear Bundles (new/sealed), and stuffed somewhere int he back my Xb and GC. Also my brand new NGPC wireless comm units.

Shenmue stuff. Not too much but what there is is pretty good. :)
Autographed Shenmue NTSC UC (by Yu Suzuki) :)
All sealed : Shenmue PAL, Shenmue 2 PAL, US Shenmue JP, Shenmue 2 JP LE, What's Shenmue
    Shenmue JP LE
    Shen Hua Figurine new
    Shenmue Promo Poster Board mint
Shenmue CaseLogic CD Case :) new

SEGA neon sign in action :

PAL White Labels, Incoming Silver Beta, very rare PAL DOA 2/ Fur Fighters demo disc, and other promo discs (CVS2 Fan Disc, CCR Taikeneban).

More promo stuff from all regions besides the stuff already in other pics :

32X Collection, old pic , missing some recent additions.

    It's not just you. =)

I have recently started collecting for the Sega Saturn, I don't know why, but all of a sudden I have a need for Saturn games :smt040

Anyway, when I saw that wierd White Saturn box, I was like Sega didn't reliese a white Saturn in the US. Then I read the description and saw that it was a TecToy saturn. Where do you buy your TecToy stuff?

    Yeah, it's a thing of beauty. =)

Most of my Tectoy stuff I used to buy from eBay seller bonaccorsi, but more recent stuff I have bought from a Brazilian friend on another board, who's really good about shipping/prices etc.

Yea, I love the White Saturn. I recently bought a Jp White Saturn from NFG.

Mostly I am interested in the TecToy White Mega Drive. Now that thing looks cool.

Like Silverbolt said, one of the best Sega Collections around :smt023

Thanks, honoured; I've never thought of it as much, seeing as there are so many things I don't have (in particular a lack of Japanese hardware, but that's been since rectified with a lot of stuff enroute from Japan =) ). I also don't have any dev/proto stuff (save for the silver PAL Incoming beta, dunno if it really counts though).

Some othjer stuff I recently got was a sealed copy of Third World War Sega CD, and a second sealed Space Channel 5 Resin Statue. An eBay seller was selling them for $9.99 - $19.99 so I thought what the hell and snapped up two (second arrived after these pics). Now I'm seeing used ones go for $50+. ^_^

The white MD is sweet, yeah. =) Though I wish TecToy would continue to out SEGA logos on their Mds/SMS's, soemthing they haven't done since the DC was discontinued. :smt011

Oh, my SEGA Pico isn't visible, but it's there, lol.

    Impressive stuff, sir!

One question: is the TecToy Megadrive white or silver? I've seen pics that look like either.

Hmm, is that so :smt043 That's what happens when you get married. Much of your stuff gets locked away or sold. Here's what I have sold since getting hitched. Everything was MINT and I mean Super Mint and Japanese.

40 odd Japanese Mega Drive games including rare titles such as Twinkle Tail, Cotton and so on.
    White Sega Saturn
    Gray Sega Saturn
    Super Famicom
    Super Wildcard DX Pro
Super Wild Card 32 Meg (not super Minty)
    Super Pro Fighter
    Mega CD Model 1
    Mega CD Model 2
    15 Mega CD Games
Sega Master System (PAL) with Light Gun and Hang On plus Gungames built in. Oh and that Snail game.
    Sega Nomad
Sega Mega Drive (Very first version)
    Neo Geo
    6 Neo Geo carts
    30 odd Saturn games
    30 odd Super Famicom games

and probably some other stuff that I can't remember. So take his word of warning. If you love your collection, DON'T get married unless your wife is a gaming nut too.

    Blasphemy! :smt043

Come on, now. Yakumo's collection is mostly Saturn and DC- software - based, as well as Mega CD (as far as I know from SegaGAGA) so obviiusly he's not going to have strange variants of SEGA hardware from Brazil etc. My collection is really splattered across different SEGA formats. You can't really compare.

And even if you WERE to compare I'd still say Yakumo's colelction kicks (more) ass.The Crazy Taxi GDR is enought to top the scales. Plus my Mega CD/Saturn JP/DC JP collection is pitiful next to his, lol.

But thanks for all the props anyways!

Judging form the box it's looks to be a silvery white. I don't really know becasue I've left it factory-sealed. =)

  18. id-republix

    id-republix Guest

Yes. =) Even the titles I buy for XBOX/GC are mostly SEGA ones.

    Thanks. ^_^

A real homour coming form you Ricky! I really admire collections with dev/proto stuff; your DC Memorial Option/Soul Calibur 80% Katana GDR etc are undescribably sweet. ^_^

I hear you Yakumo. To be honest, it looks like much of my collection will soon be going the way of the stuff you had to sell of as well for the very same reason. :smt022
I'm working on convincing her, though. ^_^

I still own 5 Dreamcasts (One of them is broken)
1 gray Saturn that I painted Silver and Black (Looks cool)
    1 Wonder Mega (Sega Model)
    1 Sega Mark III
    1 Neo Geo Pocket Colour

I mostly collect software only due to space restrictions. id-republix's collection is far superior to mine when it comes down to hardware :smt023 I may have the slight upper had as far as software is concerned though :smt024
