A new game for the PSP, Hatsune Miku Project Diva just came out in Japan. Its based off of the gameplay from EBA where you tap to the beat at the exact time an indicator hits a circle (or with the psp, it can be triangle, square etc). Its also reminescent of Gitaroo Man but I think its really based off EBA. I've been waiting for a sequel to EBA and Ouedan forever, so this new psp game definitly fills that need. The music is decent and it has a good difficulty level so you won't get through it quickly. Anyone know why Nintendo never went with more ouedan games or even a sequel to EBA?
To be honest, I don't think the loli fest of Project Diva is anywhere close to iNiS' NDS music games, mostly 'cause of the entirely different input method. There's just something very different about the entire vocaloid focused loli showroom presentation and the input method.
