Hi expats iherb.com is mainly a supplements store, but they have a lot of health foods as well, including many lines you'll find at Whole Foods. They have $4 flat rate shipping (somehow), and can handle packages up to 30 lbs. I love coconut water but it's expensive as fuck here. (258 yen for 330 ml). I can get a 500ml for about the same price on iherb, from two brands I'm more familiar with than the one in Japan. The supplements I'm taking during exercise (Vega Sport) are available only at Whole Foods or direct from the manufacturer, but iherb has them... discounted even. Should get my first package in a few days. Japan has some decent healthy snacks, but they're so Japanese. This is a bit of a health taste from home.
