ikari super cic pic help

Hi i wanted to mod my snes with a super cic.
supercic-lock.hex
supercic-key.hex

I have a pic start plus programmer any help what file i must use for the mod please thanks.

Ok i tryed via a pic16f630 and i cant get any colour from my led i checked cables and everything? console give me no signal out put

Did you removed the original CIC? if yes, the console will not boot. You need to add a 10k resistor from pad 8 (where the original cic was) to GND.
