My name is Antonio & I registered on this site because i've been looking for a Debug Unit (PS3) for some time although i previously did not have the resources to get one, i want one because i want to test my homebrew with a real Debug system, i got a hacked PS3 on Rebug 4.46 which is as close as you'll get to a Test/Debug System on a Retail/Customer System but its just not the same thing, Plus i got a really big idea with the insides of the SDK that is on the PS3, i already got the official 4.50 Debug update ready to flash on whatever Debug Model i buy.
Debug units aren't cheap, how much are you looking to spend on one. The Rebug should get you where you want to be. Are you intestered in the PS4?
