Is anyone else using this? I've just imported my music and video library for the first time and it seems pretty good. I have about 4,100 MP3s and 60-70 video files. It has a good file sorting and finding system and the skin is pretty cool as well....
I am not satisfied with WMP 10 tho, so I passed to Winamp. Has everything i need so its the best to me
I used to use it. The Music functionality was much better than 10. However, whenever I went to close it, it would take a good 3-5seconds to close completely. The program for some reason would hang for that long before it fully closed, so I switched back to 10 wehn I had to reinstall my OS.
i upgraded to 11 but in fullscreen mode the damn controll at the bottom doesnt remove it self so its always visible dont like that very much
I've been using the beta on my laptop for a few months, and I really like it. I usually use WinAmp for music, since it has more EQ options, but for video it works great.
I don't like the bar at the bottom of the screen when playing videos in full screen mode so i'll stick with 10. Winamp rules for playing audio anyway. WMP is only good for video files that aren't a DVD. Yakumo
I use winamp playing MP3 files with. And Media Player Classic when I am watching movies, and sometimes I use VideoLan. And when it comes to module files. Then I use modplug player. I guess that's handy if you don't want to be using many different software packages so I know where you are coming from there. Personally I like to get the best of of each format so WMP for avi or MPEG then Winamp for all audio except midi which is played on the Yamaha midi Radio (Fantastic software. Also runs MP3) and Nero Show Time for DVDs. Yakumo
