NOTICE I'm standing down from mod status

Well guys, I've been at Assemblergames for over 18 years and probably a mod for the best part of 15 years. It was once a place I loved to visit. So much to see and learn. Now that has ended. If you check the post counts for users you'll see that I still have way more posts than any other member EVER! and that's including the dwindling posts over the last year. That's how much I loved this place.

Assemblergames just isn't what it once was. I'll still visit but from now I'm not interested in maintaining it. I've had enough. Time to move on. I enjoy many other forums where I have no mod powers at all. I don't need or want to be a mod anymore.
I wonder just how long it will take before my modding status is removed? Possibly another year

I'm sorry to hear that, and I really think you should reconsider it, but it's still your decision to make. I hope that you continue to post stuff on the forums when you're not a mod.

 

Shoot, you're name is one of the things I associate most with this site. Sorry to hear your issues couldn't be worked out. At least you won't be completely gone, though.
