DUH I think I even made a post about this before. After searching a bit I guess I must've not posted it here. But yeah, that song copied Rickroll. Lots of games in the early 90s copied music from other sources. FF7 copied Mettalica's song, For Whom the Bell Tolls, for the boss music. Everyone copies Mettallica though, so maybe that shouldn't count.

Yeah, that MJ one was posted here a while back. Theres a song in Wild Arms 2 that sounds a LOT like a song from Twilight Princess, too. Whenever I heard it in TP it kept reminding me of something. I think its the village theme in WA2, and Ilias theme in TP.
