on august, 2008, on the 13th, me and my russian girlfriend, after being togheter for 3 years, we'll get married. just wanted to share the fresh news with all my friends here; after all hearing some good news sometimes doesn't hurt, right? she is already crazy about the news and planning everything in advance guess that my expenses will raise exponentially soon everything seems good so far (beside that she won't be able to come until december or later... the time needed for all the papers), but some suggestions can't help so feel free. karsten PS: when the time will come, if anyone is interested i might post same pics of the wedding
congrats on your crazy decision! It surely needs courage to commit to marriage =) Have kids asap though, they re a ton of fun if you can afford them!
That's good news, congratulations! :yatta: Yes, you should take and post pics ;-) Ahh, I could say something there, but I won't ;-)
eh! i'll be living with my parents for long i fear... a small flat in italy goes by 220000-250000 euros ;_; so until i'll have enough money to get a loan, no way to live alone. renting for a decent flat is insane and barely starting at 500-600 per month. also before childs i want to enjoy my lady for some years (you know what i mean) and travel abroad a little since i won't have a real honeymoon after getting wed, probably in 2009 august i make have honeymoon in japan (i wish so much to go back there... obviously only if my bride will agree ).
I recognize those figures. Same as Greece. Housing is insanely expensive and payments are ass-low, hence the reason why I chose to study abroad. It sucks when you live in a beautiful country that is otherwise a financial shit-hole, I know
Well, I CAN perform the wedding After all I am an ordained Minister and it's 2 days before my birthday. You fly me in me I'll do the wedding :nod:
Congraturations!! You sucess! There. I've said it. Gets it out the way and prevents anyone else doing so. Have fun, you two!
Congratulations! Getting married was the best thing i ever did, going on for 6 years now and couldnt be happier! Its always a tough choice to make, but as long as its for all the right reasons then go for it!
Move to the US. Right now you could buy two or three decent homes for that price with all the foreclosures going on. Congrats on the engagement.
Congrats man, While me & my gf are technicaly married (civil union back in december), we're waiting a year before going the final route and getting officialy married and having a weading.
