IN theory could these two things be done

    1. Swapping out the memory for an SD card (or Mini SD)
    2. HDMI out

    There's all that space in the back of the system. I got to thinking about it. I'm sure it's some how doable.

    I believe it uses RAM. And regarding an HDMI out - I've heard lots of people talking about adding HDMI to various older consoles, but I've yet to hear of anyone actually succeeding. Not even with the Gamecube, which actually has a digital video output already. It would appear that it is very difficult to do.

    Yeah it seems that way. There's just so much room in the back of the system, I got to thinking if I did any mods what could I stick back there.
