I'd love that game, purely cause one day you'll never be able to get your hands on it and like you say 'the novelty' but it seems US based gaming companies hate the rest of the world as they refuse to ship overseas I'll see if I can find it in the UK once I'm back.
Postage from the US is ridiculous. If I started up a company, I'd hardly expect to get enough overseas sales to waste my time on it.
There's only one way to find out. After all if you post something within your own boarders or overseas you still need to physically put it in a post box or whatever method you desire to post something, the only difference is the cost which is paid for by the consumer. Where I live I can either have stuff shipped from the UK which they offer but is crazy expensive or I'd hoped the USA. My plan was to open a store here as you just can't get gaming stuff unless it's modern. I'd have spent thousands of bits of paper with numbers on. I just find it strange that in a global market such a big company (and similar) who's known world wide and spoken about on sites like this and all over YouTube would not offer their services to millions of other potential customers. N hey, if I buy the odd PS2 game here n there it ain't gonna cost that much more than a stamp. It especially baffles me when I can have things shipped from China for free or cheap. All that being said I'm moving back to the UK in 20 days so discussing economics is null and void for me at this point... Anyway; I'll see if I can get aforementioned game when I'm home, I'm thinking not
